Working closely with drivers and other colleagues as a Customer Service Administrator in a friendly Service Centre team, you’ll be a big part of why our co-workers, clients and customers are so happy. The Role

You’ll support everything from parcel dispatch and return, to handling all sorts of admin activity – whatever we need to do to make our customer service better than ever. When things get busy, you may even pitch in to help warehouse teams too.

Skills & Experience

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll need to be a great communicator with strong IT skills and a keen eye for detail. Administration skills and experience are also key, and an understanding of health and safety would be good.
