Corporate Social Responsibility


We’re committed to reducing our climate impact – since 2016, we’ve had a 32% reduction in the carbon used to deliver our parcels. But we’re not done yet – we’ve put a roadmap in place to work towards net zero. There’s lots of environmentally led changes in the pipeline, such as alternative fuels and delivery methods, to make sure we’re being as green as we can possibly be.


Without our people, we wouldn’t be Yodel. That’s why our colleagues are central to everything that we do. We’re in the business of making people happy by delivering their parcels, and we know that we can make someone’s day by saying hello. Everyone here embodies our values and our ethics, so we make sure that they have a great place to work, where they’re supported and have access to lots of opportunities to develop.


With over 50 sites nationwide, our communities play a massive role our success. The charitable and community work our colleagues do and have done has resulted in invaluable relationships with our community peers and residents.

We’re a forces-friendly employer, helping those to adjust back into civilian life. Through our partnership with Carma Earth and the Green Task Force, our colleagues worked together to plant 1,200 trees to provide ‘green therapy’ to veterans and offset some of our carbon footprint.

We are also committed to continue working with incredible organisations such as Slave-Free Alliance.
